TJs is one of Courchevel’s smaller and trendier bars. Situated on the main road through 1850, it’s in an easily missed location, beneath Skiworld's Chalet Hotel Catina, next to White Stuff.
The newly refurbished bar with it wood covered walls and low lighting create a darkened, almost club-like feel to the place. Mounted on the walls are a number of classic snowboards, courtesy of Snow Coco and several skiing photographs courtesy of Mathew Hardy; there’s not a single ski in evidence, which is probably a fair indication of the on piste preference of the patron.
Above the fireplace now sits a large plasma screen showing a variety of sattelite tv and snowboarding videos.
